how to like track items sold on ebay
 

I know I asked this before and got an answer. sorry I cant find it. please tell me, as a buyer, how can I track like auctions which have been done on ebay for some specific item, so I can figure out how much to be willing to pay? I have been poking around ebay trying to figger it out and cant. Thanks!

Not sure this is what you mean Anty. Enter item , click advanced search , right next to 'search' button, check the box 'completed listing only'.

click "Sell" in menu at top right

under first section titled "Decide what to sell" click the "Research completed listings" link

in that block of text under the title " Research" is tucked a little link for "Completed Listings ", click it.

now type in your search criteria and dont forget to check the box that says "Search completed items"
